Special Meeting Minutes
Roll Call: Martin, Andrews, Standbridge, Wulf (via phone), and Knous were all presented. Cox was not present.
- Approve TIF ordinance for Virginia’s Square One Inc. in the amount of $75,000.00 (waive 1st reading)
Alderman Knous asked about the address. There are two different addresses on the ordinance that has been drawn up, 126 and 128 Beardstown. Mayor McClure states it is two buildings, but it is one building. 128 is the NOLA building. Mayor McClure states it should be 126.
Alderman Knous states in Beacon it is 128, they have the same address but two different parcel numbers. Alderman Knous suggests putting the parcel number in the ordinance. Alderman Standbridge made a motion to waive the first reading and Alderman Knous seconded. With nothing further to discuss, Alderwoman Martin made a motion to approve TIF ordinance for Virginia’s Square One Inc. in the amount of $75,000 at parcel number 11- 043-010-00, waiving the first reading. Alderman Knous seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
At 7:10pm, Alderman Knous made a motion to adjourn the special meeting and Alderwoman Martin seconded.
