Regular Meeting Minutes
Meeting Called to Order: 7:00pm
Roll Call: French, Bowman, Wulf, Knous, and Cox present. Pratt not present.
Agenda Approval: Wulf made a motion to approve the agenda, Bowman seconded. Motion carried unanimously
Minutes Approval: Cox made a motion to approve the minutes with correction to be made, Knous seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
Monthly Bills Approval: French made a motion to approve the agenda, Cox seconded. Motion carried unanimously
Treasurer’s Report
Tax levy will be coming up soon, will discuss in near future with council for approval.

Park Board: Cox stated that poolhouse, concession, etc has been winterized. Board approved putting coverings over all seating areas of the bleachers. Next meeting November 17th at 7pm.

- Snedeker Risk Management Property and Equipment Insurance Proposal
Snedeker Risk Management presented their proposals to the council for insurance. No action was taken at this time.
- Eric Little RMA Property and Equipment Insurance Proposal
Eric Little RMA presented their proposals to the council for insurance. No action was taken at this time.
Alderman Cox made a motion to go into Executive Session at 743pm to discuss personnel, Alderman Wulf seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
The council returned from Executive Session at 814pm. Roll was called. French, Bowman, Wulf, Knous, and Cox all answered present.
With nothing further to discuss, Alderman Cox made a motion at 816pm to adjourn the meeting and Alderman Bowman seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
